采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)建立了磺草酮在玉米植株及子粒中残留量的测定方法。试验对样品前处理和色谱条件进行了研究和优化,玉米植株和子粒的添加水平为0.05~0.50 mg/kg,植株中平均回收率为83.15%~86.15%,相对标准偏差为1.44%~2.34%;子粒中平均回收率为80.44%~81.99%,相对标准偏差为1.27%~1.75%。在上述添加水平范围内,测得磺草酮的线性关系良好。该方法具有操作简单、试剂用量少、方法检出限低、回收率高等优点,可满足对玉米中磺草酮残留量的检测需要。
The determination method of sulcotrione residues in corn plants and seeds was established by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The sample pretreatment and chromatographic conditions were studied and optimized. The addition levels of corn plants and kernels were 0.05-0.50 mg / kg. The average recoveries in plants were 83.15% -86.15% with relative standard deviations of 1.44% -2.34% The average recoveries in the seeds ranged from 80.44% to 81.99% with relative standard deviations of 1.27% to 1.75%. Linearity of sulcotrione was good within the above range of addition levels. The method has the advantages of simple operation, less reagent dosage, lower detection limit, high recovery rate and the like, and can meet the requirement of detecting sulcotrione residues in corn.
