目的测定腰息痛胶囊中欧前胡素的含量,为该制剂制定质量标准提供依据。方法采用HPLC法测定。结果欧前胡素在0.0492～0.2952μg之间呈线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为97.057%,RSD=1.36%(n=6)。结论该方法简便准确,重现性好,可用于腰息痛胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of imperatorin in the capsule of waist and pain, and to provide basis for formulating quality standards for this preparation. The method was determined by HPLC. RESULTS Imperatorin showed a linear relationship between 0.0492 and 0.2952 μg, r=0.9999; the average recovery was 97.057% and RSD was 1.36% (n=6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of Yaoxitong Capsule.
