利用~(13)C-NMR方法测定植物油的脂肪酸组成虽已有报导,但测定误差往往较大。为了准确测定植物油的脂肪酸组成和缩短测量时间,我们利用FX-100 NMR谱仪,从样品的自旋-晶格弛豫时间(T_1)的缩短和核的NOE效应消除到仪器参数的选定等方面进行了探索。对选择的实验条件以亚油酸甲酯及混合标样进行验证。混合标样的实验值与实际配比值的统计标准偏差约为0.003~0.004,相对误差≈0.7%。
The determination of fatty acid composition of vegetable oils by ~ (13) C-NMR has been reported, but the measurement error is often large.
