The 4th Corporate Legal Forum organized by the Center for Corporate Law Research of East China University of Politics and Law was held in Changning Campus of East China University of Politics and Law in November 2004. The legal forum of the company coincides with the celebration of the 25th anniversary of East China University of Political Science and Law, which is full of modernity and simplicity. We invited Mr. Chen Dagang, Chief Counsel of China Securities Regulatory Commission, Professor Li Weian, Director of Nankai University Corporate Governance Research Center and Donald
