化工部第二化建公司在安装镇海石油化工总厂从日本引进的30万t化肥装置中,在硫磺回收工段硫磺槽等设备上采用日本AR耐酸水泥作为内衬防腐隔热材料。这种水泥是以硅酸盐为粉料,以石英为主、长石为辅的粗细集料,粒度为40~80目和80~120目两种,并混有温石棉纤维、氟硅酸钠等。使用时按100份耐酸水泥加13~16份水(重量比)配比拌和均匀。这种耐酸水泥加水搅拌1~5min即可使用。初凝时间:20℃以上时约40min;10~20℃时,约60min。拌和料应在初凝前用完。 1.AR水泥在5℃以下时才需采取冬季取暖施工措施。 2.用于设备内衬厚度50mm时,要求一次施工即可达到所规定的厚度,不需要分层粉刷也不会产生起壳、流淌等现象。 3.AR水泥施工完毕不需酸处理。
