I. INTRODUCTION After the June 29 Declaration of 1987, the main and objective conditions of the workers’ movement have actually changed drastically. The victory of the democratic struggle not only brought about the end of the military rule and the democratic development of society, but also provided an opportunity for the mass and qualitative development of the workers’ movement and for carrying out a different form from the previous one.
