病历介绍:患者,女,55岁,因肩周炎、风湿性关节炎就诊于我院门诊。给予双氯芬酸钠缓释片(加拿大奥贝泰克制药有限公司,批号GM6100)0．1 g,po qd;同时服用中成药活血止痛胶囊(南京中山制药厂,批号050112)剂量0．25 g,po qid．服用6 d后,患者出现皮肤、巩膜黄染并逐渐加重,尿色加深。轻度发热,伴恶心、呕吐、厌油腻。既往无肝炎、胆囊炎、胆结石病史,无药物及食物过敏史。
Medical records: patients, female, 55 years old, due to frozen shoulder, rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital clinic. Given diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets (Canadian Oubei Teike Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., batch number GM6100) 0.1 g, po qd; while taking traditional Chinese medicine Huoxuezhitong capsule (Nanjing Zhongshan Pharmaceutical Factory, batch 050112) dose 0.25 g, po qid . After 6 days, the skin and sclera were yellowish and gradually aggravated, and the urine color deepened. Mild fever, with nausea, vomiting, tired of greasy. Past no history of hepatitis, cholecystitis, gallstones, no history of drug and food allergies.
