为确保人口众多的中国的可持续发展,将可持续概念运用到城市建设中显得迫在眉睫。然而,由于中国具有比西方发达国家更多的人口、建筑密度大和更少的每平米可重复使用能源,中国不可能简单复制发达国家的经验。因此,根据中国各地区气候、经济条件和居住习惯等的不同,发展符合该地区特色的可持续房屋设计是很必要的,这对于房屋的居住者和所有者而言,同样也是一种可持续作为。基于中国建筑行业发展的现状和房屋耗能情况,本文分析了可持续房屋建设的需求、特性、标准和城市建设,推荐了一系列针对不同阶段的可持续性设计和施工的技术方法。这些加强了包括建筑、规划、建筑物理学、物业管理等行业的研究者、设计师和施工人员的相互联系。此外,提出了今后研究的建议。最后,讨论了中国城市建设可持续发展的相关政策。
To ensure the sustainable development of a populous China, it is imminent to apply the concept of sustainability to urban construction. However, as China has more population, building density and less reusable energy per square meter than the developed western countries, China can not simply copy the experience of developed countries. Therefore, depending on the climate, economic conditions and living habits in different regions of China, it is necessary to develop sustainable housing designs that are in line with the characteristics of the region, which is also a sustainable measure for occupants and owners of houses As Based on the current situation of China's construction industry and the energy consumption of housing, this paper analyzes the demand, characteristics, standards and urban construction of sustainable housing construction and recommends a series of technical methods for sustainable design and construction at different stages. These reinforce the interlinkages between researchers, designers and constructors in industries such as architecture, planning, building physics and property management. In addition, suggestions for future research are proposed. Finally, we discuss the relevant policies on the sustainable development of urban construction in China.
