海南外来有害生物数据库基于Windows 7系统,采用Apache+MyS QL+PHP设计开发。数据库包括“检疫性有害生物信息数据库”和“海南外来有害生物数字标本馆”两个子库,前者收录了我国进境植物检疫性有害生物和全国农林业植物检疫性及危险性有害生物共计674种的学名、分类地位、形态描述、寄主、地理分布、为害特点、传播途径等技术资料;后者依托海南出入境检验检疫局有害生物标本馆的馆藏资源,收录海南口岸截获和省内监测调查的1 143种的外来有害生物标本的数字化信息。系统支持下拉式树形目录浏览、文件夹点击、简单检索、以及多条件组合高级检索等多种查询方式,具有界面友好、查询便捷等特点,实现了对海南外来有害生物信息的规范化存贮与管理。该数据库的建成将不仅为海南省检验检疫、农林部门及相关产业人员提供高效、专业的网络服务,还将成为向公众普及有害生物知识,增强国门安全意识的网络教育平台,使其在全省外来有害生物早期预警和有效防范等方面发挥重要的作用。
Hainan exotic pest database based on Windows 7 system, using Apache + MyS QL + PHP design and development. The database includes two sub-databases: “Quarantine Pest Information Database” and “Hainan Exotic Pest Digital Herbarium”, the former contains the quarantine pests of phytosanitary substances imported from China and the phytosanitary and pest risk of the country’s agro-forestry industry Biological total of 674 kinds of scientific names, taxonomic status, description of the form, host, geographical distribution, damage characteristics, means of transmission and other technical information; the latter relying on the Hainan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of Pest Herbarium collection resources, included Hainan port interception and provincial Digitized information on a total of 1,143 species of exotic pests monitored within the survey. The system supports a variety of search methods such as tree-based directory browsing, folder click, simple search, and advanced search of multi-condition combinations, and has the features of friendly interface and convenient query, and realizes the standardized storage of exotic pest information in Hainan and management. The completion of the database will not only provide efficient and professional network services for inspection and quarantine, agriculture and forestry departments and related industries in Hainan Province, but also serve as a network education platform for popularizing pest knowledge and enhancing national security awareness in the whole province Exotic pests early warning and effective prevention and other aspects play an important role.
