为了得到更好的燃料经济性和整车性能,对动力系统进行选择和匹配是重型汽车整车设计中的重要课题。本文讨论了现代动力系统的匹配方法及其应用。动力系统的匹配工作一般用整车和部件试验结合计算机模拟计算来完成。计算机模拟计算是一种新的方法,它利用半经验数学模型进行计算,从而改善燃料经济性和整车性能。对动力系统各总成的选择,整车设计人员必须熟悉各总成的技术发展趋势,不但要尽可能选用好的总成,而且要使整个动力系统的匹配得到最佳化。
In order to get better fuel economy and vehicle performance, the selection and matching of powertrain is an important issue in the design of heavy vehicles. This article discusses the matching method of modern power system and its application. Power system matching work is generally completed with the vehicle and parts test combined with computer simulation. Computer simulation is a new approach that uses semi-empirical mathematical models to calculate fuel economy and vehicle performance. The choice of powertrain assembly, vehicle designers must be familiar with the technical trends of the assembly, not only to choose a good assembly as much as possible, but also to make the entire dynamic system to be optimized.
