本文介绍了一种针对现有变电站巡检机器人不足、进行改进设计的轨道式巡检机器人。该机器人采用滑线取电方式获取电源,利用交流电力载波通讯技术进行信息传输,为运行人员提供变电站场区设备视频和音频监视信息,代替运行人员完成设备倒闸操作前后的实际位置监视,实现了辅助运行人员倒闸操作和日常巡视。具有移动速度快、定位精确、运行可靠和维护简便等特点,可广泛应用于变电站。在王铁220 k V智能变电站投运以来,经历了北方严寒气候的考验,大幅提高了运行人员的工作效率和质量。
This paper introduces a kind of track inspection robots for improving the design of existing substation inspection robots. The robot adopts slip-line power-take mode to obtain power and use AC power-line communication technology to transmit information. It provides the operators with video and audio monitoring information of substation equipment and replaces the actual position monitoring before and after the equipment is turned on. Auxiliary operators to switch operations and routine inspections. With moving speed, accurate positioning, reliable operation and easy maintenance, etc., can be widely used in substations. Since Wang Tie 220k V smart substation was put into operation, it has undergone the severe cold weather in the north and greatly improved the working efficiency and quality of its operators.
