建筑市场信用缺失现象已经严重影响到我国建筑业的健康持续发展,因此,迫切需要建立科学合理的信用评价指标体系及相应激励机制,来引导建筑企业重视自身信用建设,保证其在市场交易活动中诚信守法。并试图建立一套科学合理的建筑企业信用评价体系,结合层次分析法和变精度粗糙集对评价指标要素重要度进行排序,可为建筑企业加强自身信用建设提供参考依据。
The lack of credit in the construction market has seriously affected the healthy and sustainable development of China’s construction industry. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a scientific and reasonable credit evaluation index system and corresponding incentive mechanism to guide the construction enterprises to attach importance to their own credit construction and ensure their market trading activities Honesty and law-abiding. At the same time, it tries to set up a set of scientifically reasonable credit rating system for construction enterprises. By combining analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and variable precision rough set (RGA) to rank the importance of evaluation indexes, it can provide reference for construction enterprises to strengthen their own credit building.
