跨学科医学英语合作教学是目前为解决我国医学院校专业英语教师短缺问题而进行的一种教学改革尝试,是目前实施医学英语教学一种较为有效且可行的教学模式。在实践中发现,该模式不仅能提升医学英语教学效果,更能在很大程度上提升与发展合作双方的职业能力。现就该模式对合作教师的促进作用予以分析,以期加大对该模式的投入力度,促进其更好地发展。
Interdisciplinary medical English cooperation teaching is a teaching reform attempt to solve the shortage of professional English teachers in medical colleges and universities in our country. It is a more effective and feasible teaching mode for medical English teaching at present. In practice, it is found that this model can not only improve the effectiveness of medical English teaching, but also greatly improve and develop the vocational ability of both parties. This mode is to promote the cooperative teachers to analyze, with a view to increase investment in the mode, and promote its better development.
