随着现代化发电企业信息管理系统的日臻成熟和完善,电厂项目从基建管理到运营管理都发生了巨大的变化。随着自动化水平的提高,电厂项目实现以更少的人员,完成同样的基建、运营任务,这就要求员工的工作更高效,结构更合理,才能全面满足电厂项目生产、运营的要求。而科学运用以关键业绩指标(KPI)为导向的员工绩效管理,可以充分调动员工积极性,激励、引导员工努力工作,不断提高员工综合素质和绩效。关键业绩指标在绩效考核体系中的作用
With the maturity and perfection of information management system of modern power generation enterprises, great changes have taken place in power plant projects from infrastructure management to operations management. With the improvement of automation level, the power plant project accomplishes the same infrastructure and operation tasks with fewer personnel. This requires that employees work more efficiently and the structure is more reasonable so as to fully meet the requirements of power plant project production and operation. The scientific use of KPI-oriented employee performance management can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of staff, motivate and guide staff to work hard, and continuously improve their overall quality and performance.
