治疗组24例予前列腺素E1,10ug/d,静脉注射连续14d。观察两组治疗前后及组间相关指标的变化,3个月后随访。结果:治疗组3组患者24小时尿白蛋白排泄率和尿β2-微球蛋白较治疗前有明显下降(P<0·05),且与对照组治疗后相比较均有显著性差异(P<0·05)。治疗后3个月随访显示,治疗组3组尿蛋白水平无明显变化。结论:短期静脉应用前列腺素E1治疗糖尿病肾病,对不同时期患者均有减少尿蛋白作用,随访3月尿蛋白无明显回升。
Treatment group, 24 cases of prostaglandin E1, 10ug / d, intravenous injection for 14 days. Before and after treatment and before and after treatment, the change of relevant indexes between the two groups were observed and followed up after 3 months. Results: The urinary albumin excretion rate and urinary β2-microglobulin in 24 hours in treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and were significantly different from those in control group after treatment (P <0 · 05). Follow-up 3 months after treatment showed that there was no significant change in urinary protein level in the three treatment groups. Conclusion: Short-term intravenous administration of prostaglandin E1 for diabetic nephropathy has the effect of reducing urinary protein in patients of different stages. Urine protein did not rise significantly in follow-up in March.
