结合力学性能研究和微观测试技术(XRD、SEM、EDS和NMR),考察了化学激发剂对高掺量粉煤灰水泥浆体早期水化的作用和机理。结果显示:激发剂促进了浆体中粉煤灰活性的早期释放,提高了浆体早期强度;粉煤灰被激发后所生成的活性成分显著影响了粉煤灰水泥体系的水化,降低了水泥水化产物C-S-H的n(Ca)/n(Si)值,同时,在激发剂作用下粉煤灰颗粒周围生成有外形不完整、n(Ca)/n(Si)值低、类似C-S-H的产物及水化铝酸钙。
Combining the mechanical properties and microscopic testing techniques (XRD, SEM, EDS and NMR), the effects and mechanism of chemical activator on early hydration of high volume fly ash cement paste were investigated.
