在生产厂矿长会议后,通过文件学习,暴露了我厂在技术管理上特别在规程、标准方面的混乱与无人负责现象,致使企业技术水平陷于停滞不前状态。针对我厂实际情况,于1955年2月份在开展技术管理的同时,成立了技术监督机构,充实了监督力量。虽因这方面的基础薄弱,业务生疏,但由于认真学习上级指示及其他厂矿经验,技术监督工作已初步开展,对规程、标准的贯彻已起到了一定作用。
After the mine leaders’ meeting in the production plant, the document learning revealed the chaos and the unmanned responsibility of our factory in the technical management especially in the rules and standards, resulting in the enterprise’s technological level being in a state of stagnation. In response to the actual situation in our factory, in February 1955 in carrying out technical management at the same time, set up a technical supervision agencies, enrich the supervision power. Although the basis of this area is weak and unfamiliar with business, technical supervision has been initially carried out as a result of earnest study of instructions from superiors and other factories and mines, and this has played a certain role in the implementation of procedures and standards.
