提出了具有共性和普遍意义的复杂产品CAE性能仿真的能量等效替换、定性力学、主要矛盾和反馈建模原则,基于这些原则对中空挤压铝型材高速动车组、不锈钢点焊结构的城市轻轨动车组、中空挤压铝型材/蜂窝夹层板混合结构的常导磁浮动车组车体进行了CAE性能仿真.性能仿真结果与物理样机测试结果的基本一致,证明了本文建模原则的有效性.
The principle of energy equivalent substitution, qualitative mechanics, main contradiction and feedback modeling of CAE performance simulation with common and universal complex products was proposed. Based on these principles, the hollow extruded aluminum high speed EMUs, stainless steel spot welding structure of urban light rail The CAE performance simulation of the ordinary guided magnetic floating bodywork with the composite structure of the EMU and the hollow extruded aluminum / honeycomb sandwich panel was carried out.The performance simulation results are basically the same as the physical prototype test results, which proves the validity of the modeling principle in this paper.
