目的 对我省《职业病防治法》实施后工业企业职业卫生现况进行首次基线调查。方法 分层随机选择 2 1家工业企业采用现场检查、查阅资料、询问核实情况、填写调查表的方法进行。结果 国有企业职业病防治工作开展较好 ,职业病防护设施岗位配置率 98.7% ,职业病危害因素检测合格率 74 .6 % ,均高于境外投资企业和股份制企业 ;职业卫生专业人员配置率和规章制度健全率达 4 2 .9% ;分析了存在的主要问题。结论 从加强宣传、完善制度、源头把关、规范行为、以点带面、加大监督力度等方面提出了措施和意见 ,以提高工业企业职业卫生的水平和质量 ;特别要重视境外投资企业的职业卫生工作。
Objective To conduct the first baseline survey on the current situation of occupational health in industrial enterprises after the implementation of Law on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases in our province. Methods Stratified randomly selected 21 industrial enterprises using on-site inspection, access to information, ask to verify the situation, fill out the questionnaire method. As a result, the prevention and control of occupational diseases in state-owned enterprises carried out well. The occupational disposition rate of occupational disease prevention facilities was 98.7% and the detection rate of occupational disease hazard was 74.6%, both higher than that of overseas-invested enterprises and joint-stock enterprises. The allocation rate and rules and regulations of occupational health professionals were sound The rate of 42.9%; analysis of the main problems. Conclusion Measures and opinions are put forward from the aspects of strengthening publicity, perfecting the system, checking the origin, standardizing behavior, using some aspects and increasing supervision, and so on, so as to raise the level and quality of occupational health in industrial enterprises; and especially to attach importance to the occupational health work of overseas investment enterprises.
