在我国教育由“外延式发展”向“内涵式发展”转变的背景下,高中教育应当重新思考与定位。陕西师范大学附属中学以“为学生可持续发展奠基”的办学理念为指导,走内涵式发展的教育之路已八年有余,实践表明,教育内涵式发展是决定学校发展的关键因素,是实现教育公平与质量的需要,是学生终身可持续发展的需要。 Under the background of the transformation of education in our country from “epitaxial development” to “connotative development”, senior secondary education should be rethought and positioned. The secondary school affiliated to Shaanxi Normal University is guided by the guiding principle of “laying the foundations for the sustainable development of students”. It has been more than eight years since it took the education of connotative development. Practice shows that the connotative development of education is the key factor that determines the development of schools. It is the need to achieve fairness and quality of education and the need of lifelong students’ sustainable development.
