温泉是一种普遍自然资源,因而在部分城市或地区,容易造成近距离、重复性、低水平的盲目投资。湖北现有70多家温泉企业,其中咸宁市有大小温泉景区20余家,竞争激烈不言而喻,而同质化问题尤为突出,颇具代表性。文章从咸宁温泉企业遍地开花,温泉旅游收益每况愈下等现象来揭示其问题所在,并分析温泉产业恶性竞争的各个因素,以期探讨有助于促进温泉产业良性发展的有益启示及相关举措,为咸宁乃至湖北温泉旅游业的升级转型和可持续发展提供借鉴意义。
Hot spring is a kind of universal natural resources, so in some cities or regions, it is easy to cause blind, close, repetitive and low-level investment. There are more than 70 existing hot spring enterprises in Hubei, of which there are more than 20 large and small hot spring scenic spots in Xianning City. It is self-evident that the competition is fierce. The issue of homogeneity is particularly prominent and representative. The article from the Xianning hot spring flowering enterprises everywhere, the hot spring tourism income deteriorating phenomena such as revealing its problems, and analysis of the hot springs industry vicious competition in various factors, in order to explore helpful to promote the healthy development of the hot spring industry beneficial enlightenment and related initiatives for Xianning and even Hubei Spa tourism upgrading and transformation and sustainable development provide reference.
