本文研究了乙二胺四乙酸淋洗示踪量Eu(Ⅲ)时柠檬酸、铵离子等的影响。并对淋洗色谱中Glueckauf公式计算理论塔板高度的适用范围进行了讨论。 结果表明:在我们的实验条件下,淋洗曲线的不对称性,对于用Glueckauf公式计算H影响不大;用H_3cit淋洗时,其色谱过程完全是扩散控制的;在EDTA淋洗的情况下,除扩散外,还存在其他的慢过程;采用EDTA+H_3cit混合洗提剂时,动力学性能比单独用EDTA时有所改善,而且随着H_3cit浓度的增加,色谱动力学性能也表现得越来越好;在螯合剂存在下,洗提离子NH_4~+能改变平衡,但不影响色谱动力学性能。
In this paper, the effects of citric acid and ammonium ions on the elution of Eu (Ⅲ) by ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid were studied. The applicable range of theoretical plate height calculation by Glueckauf formula in elution chromatography was discussed. The results show that under the experimental conditions, the asymmetry of the elution curve has little effect on the calculation of H using the Glueckauf formula. When the H_3cit is used for leaching, the chromatographic process is completely diffusion-controlled. In the case of EDTA rinsing In addition to diffusion, there are other slow processes; when using EDTA + H_3cit mixed eluent, kinetic performance is improved compared with EDTA alone, and with the increase of H_3cit concentration, the chromatographic kinetic performance also shows the better The better; in the presence of chelating agent, elution ions NH 4 + can change the balance, but does not affect the chromatographic kinetics.
