拍摄各种腹部X线片前的肠道清洁准备,传统是服用轻泻剂及清洁灌肠。我院1985年以来采用口服甘露醇作肠道清洁,取得满意效果。 1 资料与方法 对480例摄腹部X线片者采取随机抽样分为2组: 口服甘露醇组:240例,男160例,女80例,年龄8～70岁。于摄片当天禁食,摄片前3小时口服10％甘露醇(用20％甘露醇注射液加白开水稀释)750～1000ml(1.5g/kg),5～10分钟服完。一般服药后20分钟开始排便,少则排便3～5次,多者7～8次,1～3小时内可排净肠内容物。
