随着素质教学改革的不断深入,高校教学过程中,教学交往是提升学生学习兴趣,促进学生能力提升的关键因素。高校体育教学过程中,由于缺乏教学交往,教师与学生之间的沟通缺失,导致教师难以把握学生学习存在的问题,影响到了教学效果。同时,学生与教师的交往缺失,容易使学生感受到教师缺乏关注,对体育学习丧失信心,不利于学生体育能力的增强。从体育教学的本身来看,体育教学需要教师与学生建立密切的沟通,教师和学生共同的参与到教学当中,才能够获得较好的教学效果。对高校体育教学中教学交往缺失问题的研究,注重从影响因素角度入手,分析了造成这一问题产生的因素,并就如何构建教学交往策略,提出了观点和建议。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of quality education, teaching and learning in colleges and universities, teaching and communication is to enhance student interest in learning and promote the ability of students to enhance the key factors. In the process of PE teaching in colleges and universities, due to the lack of teaching interaction and the lack of communication between teachers and students, it is difficult for teachers to grasp the problems of students’ learning and affect the teaching effect. At the same time, the lack of contact between students and teachers makes it easy for students to feel the teachers ’lack of attention and their loss of confidence in sports learning, which is not conducive to the enhancement of students’ physical abilities. Physical education from the point of view, physical education teachers and students need to establish close communication, teachers and students involved in the teaching of the common to be able to get better teaching effectiveness. The research on the lack of teaching interaction in PE teaching in colleges and universities focuses on analyzing the factors that cause this problem from the perspective of influential factors and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on how to construct teaching communication strategies.
