Membrane potential measurement methods can be divided into two categories, namely intracellular recording method and extracellular recording method. The traditional recording method using surface electrodes can only measure a small part of the actual potential difference and it is not possible to measure the absolute value of resting potential and action potential. This is because the current generated by the tissue is always affected by the flow of surrounding biological fluids (Figure 1). Since the cells or nerve fibers around the thick connective tissue, which contains the conductive tissue fluid or saline, so the formation of a low impedance short circuit, when the current flow through the formation of a shunt, thereby reducing the real
