本试验利用球形诱捕器进行柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀,以食物诱剂为对照,比较诱杀成虫数及虫果率,以评价其防效。结果表明,在成虫发生期,球形诱捕器共诱杀5 991头成虫(雌虫2 884头、雄虫3 107头),食物诱剂诱杀总数为1 859头(雌虫942头、雄虫917头)。两种诱杀方式均能有效诱杀雌雄成虫,雌雄比值分别为0.93和1.03;两种防控措施防治后虫果率分别为2.7%(球形诱捕器)和6.2%(食物诱饵),未采取任何措施的对照组虫果率为28.6%。说明两种防治措施均能显著降低虫果率,且球形诱捕器诱杀效果更好。
In this experiment, the traps were used to trap and kill adult citrus fruit fly. The food lure was used as a control to compare the number of trapped adults and insect fruit to evaluate its control effect. The results showed that during the adult period, 5 991 adult traps (2 884 females and 3 107 males) were trapped by the spherical traps and 1 859 were induced by food attractants (942 females and 917 males ). The two trapping methods were effective in trapping male and female adults with the ratio of male to female being 0.93 and 1.03, respectively. The rate of fruit and insect pests were 2.7% (ball trap) and 6.2% (food bait) respectively after the two control measures were taken and no measures were taken The control group worm rate was 28.6%. It shows that both control measures can significantly reduce the rate of insect fruit, and the trap of the ball trap is better.
