石棉瓦抄取厚度测控系统能在线实时检测成形筒上石棉瓦的抄取厚度,并进行扯坯和料浆开度(即料浆浓度)的实时控制,以达到制品厚度均匀一致的目的。该测控系统有三个特点:一是用超声传感器进行非接触式测量;是系统以微机为基础,智能性强;三是对生产过程的控制采用了模糊(Fuzzy)控制理论。本文将在这三个方面展开讨论。该系统已连续运行半年多,实践证明,系统控制效果好,经济效益显著,正在推广应用。
