钢筋加工机械是建筑工地及钢筋加工厂不可或缺的建筑机械设备,其主要能源消耗就是电能。作为一种高能耗设备,钢筋加工机械的能耗指标引起行业内关注,国家“十二五”规划对建筑业及相关机械设备的节能减排也提出了较高的要求。通过检测钢筋加工机械电能消耗量,评价能效指标,有益于提高机械设备在节能技术上的不断改进和创新。
Steel processing machinery is a building site and steel processing plant indispensable construction machinery and equipment, the main energy consumption is electricity. As a kind of high energy consumption equipment, the energy consumption index of steel bar processing machinery has aroused the industry’s attention. The national “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” put forward higher requirements on energy conservation and emission reduction of the construction industry and related mechanical equipment. By detecting the energy consumption of steel processing machinery, evaluation of energy efficiency indicators, is conducive to improving the mechanical equipment in energy-saving technology to continuous improvement and innovation.
