综观历史,学者研究学生问题时多注重学生的情感,而忽视了教师首先应心理健康,现在面对新课改许多教师的心理冲击很大,如何重新审视自己,如何面对学生。角色的转变很多教师既新鲜又紧张,心理压力很大,而教师的心理健康直接关系学生成长发展,对学生兴趣结果,思想行为习惯,人际交往方式以及学生心理健康诸多方面影响极大。因为教师心理健康与否,是导致师生关系是否和谐的关键。所以要加强教师心理健康教育,提高教师个人素质,以学识为师德充值。同时对学生要理解,尊重,爱护他们幼小的心灵和每一次点滴进步,师生关系一定会融洽和谐。
