在陆相砂泥岩沉积地层中,若有1—2口探井发现了油气层,便可根据已知探井的录井、测井及试油等项资料,从周围大量的地震资料中提取与储层有关的地震信息。利用这些信息对油气层进行横向预测,查清其分布范围、有效厚度及物性变化,进而预测储量。文中以大港油田LM地区为例,查清了下第三系渐新统沙河街组一段板Ⅱ油组的砂组厚度、净砂层厚度及含油砂层厚度,预测出1165万t石油储量。
