采用浓硝酸及高氯酸湿法消化样品,与中国预防医学科学院营养与食品卫生研究所质控样对照,用原子吸收光谱法对武汉市204种常用食物中的Cu、Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg、K、Na七种元素进行测定,为制定武汉市食物营养成份表提供依据.样品加标回收率为89.2~104.6%.
The samples were wet digested with concentrated nitric acid and perchloric acid and compared with the control samples of Institute of Nutrition and Food Hygiene, Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine. The contents of Cu, Zn, Fe, Ca, Mg, K, Na seven elements were determined for the formulation of food nutrition in Wuhan table provide the basis. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 89.2% to 104.6%.
