[目的]探索植物性杀虫剂在防治萝卜蚜方面的应用。[方法]通过盆栽小白菜药效试验,测定了大头艾纳香甲醇提取物2种制剂(20%EC和10%EW)对萝卜蚜的防治效果和对小白菜的保叶效果。[结果]20%大头艾纳香EC在稀释10倍时药效最高,施药24、48、72h后对萝卜蚜的防效分别为57.78%、77.19%和84.79%;10%大头艾纳香EW在稀释5倍时药效最高,施药24、48、72h后对萝卜蚜的防效分别为74.44%、84.79%和89.14%。20%大头艾纳香EC在稀释10倍时,施药后第3、5天的保叶率分别为89.31%和94.80%;10%大头艾纳香EW在稀释5倍时,施药后第3、5天的保叶率分别为93.50%和97.83%。[结论]大头艾纳香甲醇提取物对萝卜蚜有较好的防效和对作物有较好的保叶率。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the application of plant insecticides in the control of radish aphids. [Method] The potted Chinese cabbage efficacy test was used to determine the control effect of two kinds of preparations (20% EC and 10% EW) of Anemarrhena asphodeloides on radish aphids and the leaf preserving effect on Chinese cabbage. [Result] The efficacies of 20% bulk Anemone EC were the highest when diluted 10 times, and the control efficiencies of A 20% were 57.78%, 77.19% and 84.79% respectively after applying for 24, 48, and 72 hours; EW had the highest efficacy at 5-fold dilution. The control efficacy of EW on radish aphids was 74.44%, 84.79% and 89.14% at 24, 48 and 72h after application. 20% bulk Anemone EC 10 times diluted, the first and third days after application of leaf protection rates were 89.31% and 94.80%; 10% bulk Ainai EW diluted 5 times, after application of the first The leaf keeping rates of 3,5 days were 93.50% and 97.83% respectively. [Conclusion] The methanol extract of Efferveson had better control effect on radish aphid and better leaf retention rate on crops.
