采用APAAP法和流式细胞仪研究32例肺癌及30例健康人外周血T细胞亚群及免疫细胞活性(NK—A)的变化。结果表明:肺癌患者外用血CD_3~+、CD_4~+、CD_4~+/CD_8~+及NK—A与正常人比较呈显著性降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);且肺癌伴癌转移者与未转移者上述各项指标亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。说明肺癌患者存在细胞免疫功能降低;伴有癌转移的肺癌患者细胞免疫功能更低。提出积极调节肺癌患者细胞免疫功能,增强机体抗肿瘤能力十分重要。
The APAAP method and flow cytometry were used to study the changes of T cell subsets and the activity of NK-A in peripheral blood of 32 lung cancer patients and 30 healthy people. The results showed that the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, and NK-A in patients with lung cancer were significantly lower than those in normal controls (P<0.05, P<0.01); and those with lung cancer and metastasis There are also significant differences between the above indicators (P<0.05). It shows that there is a decrease in cellular immune function in patients with lung cancer, and the immune function of lung cancer patients with cancer metastasis is lower. It is very important to actively regulate the cellular immune function of lung cancer patients and enhance the body’s anti-tumor ability.
