新型高速钢W_6MO_5Cr_4V_2Al热处理工艺研究

前言我国生产高速钢一直以 W_(18)Cr_4V 为主,其热处理工艺已为大家所熟悉。近年来,我国自已研制成功的新型高速钢 W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2Al 由于钢种的特点,其热处理工艺不同于 W_(18)Cr_4V。几年来,我们通过实验室的试验和现场的实践,对于 W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2Al 钢热处理工艺进行了初步研究,提出一些粗浅的看法,供兄弟单位热处理该钢时参考。 Preface China’s production of high-speed steel has been mainly W_ (18) Cr_4V, the heat treatment process has become familiar to everyone. In recent years, our country has successfully developed a new type of high-speed steel W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2Al due to the characteristics of steel, the heat treatment process is different from W_ (18) Cr_4V. Over the past few years, we conducted a preliminary study on the heat treatment process of W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2Al steel through laboratory experiments and field practices, and provided some superficial opinions for the reference of the heat treatment of this steel by Brother units.
