垃圾压实机的滚轮常采用锥形护板结构,以避免垃圾堆积在滚轮内,此类锥形护板的卷制以往采用分块手工放样再组对焊接的方式,效率低且外观质量差。经过分析认为,上述工件可以采用三辊滚压机卷制成形,只要采用合适的工艺方法及辊轴,卷制质量完全可以满足要求,提高了生产工效和工件质量。确定辊轴参数计算公式,并以实例说明。
