葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase,G6PD)参与了磷酸戊糖代谢过程,催化还原氧化型辅酶Ⅱ(nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate,NADP)[1]。作为红细胞中产生还原型辅酶Ⅱ(reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate,NADPH)的唯一方式,保护红细胞免受氧化损伤。G6PD活性降低或缺失称为G6PD缺乏症,是一种X连锁不完全显性遗传疾病,该病影响了全世界2~4亿人口的健康~[2]。
