羟基磷灰石(Hydroxylapatite,简称HA)是一种新型的生物陶瓷人工骨材料,已被用于牙周骨缺损的修复、牙槽嵴萎缩的整复和颌面部骨畸形的整复。我们从1988年4月开始应用HA材料,对12例患者作了近期疗效观察,现报告如下。临床资料本组12例。颌骨囊肿7例(上颌5例、下颌2例),牙槽窝4例,慢性纤维性骨髓炎1例。其中男性6例,女性6例。年龄最大47岁,最小14岁,无1例因材料而引起炎性或异物反应。术中实际骨腔范围多在2.0×1.8×1.5cm左右,其
