自从2000年中国跆拳道女选手“陈中”在悉尼奥运会上为中国队夺得了第一枚跆拳道项目的金牌后,跆拳道这一运动在中国开始普及起来。随着不断地发展,跆拳道运动被纳入到高校体育教学中,其运动本身具有时尚性、观赏性、实用性外,其文化内涵也是其征服世界的重要因素,并且,吸引了越来越多大学生的学习。但是在教学过程中我们发现大学生学习跆拳道时,存在各种各样的问题影响着跆拳道的教学效果,不利于跆拳道教学质量的提高。本研究对这些问题进行分析和研究,并提出了解决的对策。
Since 2000, when Chinese Taekwondo female athlete Chen Zhong won the gold medal for the Chinese team for the first Taekwondo program at the Sydney Olympics, the kickboxing campaign started to popularize in China. With the constant development, the Taekwondo movement has been incorporated into college PE teaching. Its movement itself is fashionable, ornamental and practical. Its cultural connotation is also an important factor in its conquest of the world. In addition, it attracts more and more college students Learning. However, during the teaching process, we found that when college students study Taekwondo, there are various problems that affect the teaching effectiveness of Taekwondo and are not conducive to the improvement of the quality of Taekwondo teaching. This research analyzes and studies these problems and puts forward the countermeasures.
