异种钢由于所含金属化学成分、组织结构、机械性能以及物理特性等方面的不同,因此,其焊接技术比同种钢焊接技术要更为复杂,异种钢焊接质量对焊接的稳定性具有直接影响。由于现代焊接技术逐渐向高参数、高效率、大容量趋势发展,新型材料及新型技术的出现导致电厂焊接对象、条件以及目标出现了较大的变化。异种钢焊接是火电厂焊接中的难题,文章主要通过分析异种钢焊接技术,进而深入探讨这些技术在实际生产活动中的应用价值。
Because of the difference of chemical composition, structure, mechanical properties and physical properties of dissimilar steels, the welding technology of the dissimilar steels is more complicated than that of the same kind of steels. The welding quality of the dissimilar steels has a direct influence on the stability of the welding . With the development of modern welding technology towards high parameters, high efficiency and high capacity, the emergence of new materials and new technologies has resulted in great changes in welding targets, conditions and targets of power plants. Dissimilar steel welding is a difficult problem in the welding of thermal power plants. The article mainly analyzes the application of dissimilar steel welding technology, and then explores the application value of these technologies in actual production activities.
