目的 分析皖西山区不同海拔西洋参有效成分含量变化的规律 ,以确定优质西洋参最佳栽培区域。方法 测定了不同海拔西洋参成品参的折干率以及总皂苷、总糖、还原糖、粗淀粉和氨基酸等成分的含量。结果 西洋参折干率、粗淀粉和总皂苷含量在海拔 60 0~ 90 0 m之间较高 ;总糖与还原糖含量随海拔高度的升高而增加 ;氨基酸含量随海拔高度的变化规律与总皂苷的变化相反。结论 皖西山区优质西洋参最佳栽培高度在海拔 60 0~ 90 0 m范围内
Objective To analyze the regularity of the change of the content of the effective components of the American ginseng at different altitudes in the mountainous areas of western Yunnan to determine the best cultivation area of high quality American ginseng. Methods The contents of total ginsenosides, total saponins, total sugars, reducing sugars, crude starch, and amino acids were determined at different altitudes. Results The contents of dried ginseng, crude starch and total saponins were high at elevations of 600-900 m above sea level. The total sugar and reducing sugar content increased with altitude, and the amino acid content varied with altitude. Changes in saponins are the opposite. Conclusion The best cultivation height of high quality American ginseng in the mountainous area of western Yunnan is within the range of 60 0 ~ 90 0 m above sea level.
