目的:探讨方剂君药的动态性。方法:应用文献学方法,从君药确定原则的不同认识及君药内涵的再认识等方面,收集整理君药相关资料,进行分析总结。结果:方剂中的君药既具有相对固定性,也具有动态性,其固定性与主治病机的单一性相关,而动态性与主治病机的复杂性相关。结论:方剂学关于君药的确定只是教学范例,君药并不是固定不变的,君药的动态性正是中医学恒定观念在方剂上的体现;学术探讨。 Objective: To investigate the dynamics of prescription medicine. Methods: By using the methods of philology, this article collected and sorted the information of Jun medicine in the aspects of the different cognition of the principle of determining the king medicine and the re-understanding of the meaning of Jun medicine. Results: The prescriptions in the prescriptions both have relative fixedness as well as dynamic, and their fixation is related to the unity of the main pathogenesis, while the dynamic is related to the complexity of the main pathogenesis. Conclusion: The prescription of prescription medicine is only a teaching example for the determination of the king medicine. The king medicine is not fixed, and the dynamics of the king medicine is the embodiment of the constant concept of traditional Chinese medicine on the prescription.
