目的:了解结肠癌缺失基因(DCC基因)在原发肝癌发生发展中的作用。方法:采用多聚酶链延伸反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析(PCR-RFLP)方法对30例外科手术切除原发肝癌标本DCC基因杂合缺失(LOH)进行分析。结果:28例信息个体中检出LOH7例,占25.0%。DCC基因LOH与临床病理参数和HBV感染无显著相关。结论:DCC基因LOH可能参与了原发肝癌的发生发展。
Objective: To understand the role of DCC gene in the development of primary liver cancer. METHODS: Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method was used to analyze the heterozygosity loss (LOH) of DCC gene in 30 primary surgically resected specimens. RESULTS: 7 cases of LOH were detected in 28 individuals, accounting for 25.0%. There was no significant correlation between DCC gene LOH and clinicopathological parameters and HBV infection. Conclusion: The LOH gene of DCC may participate in the occurrence and development of primary liver cancer.
