不同产品市场企业的进入或退出是市场竞争中不可避免的过程。在生产技术飞速发展的今天,大多市场为完全竞争市场或垄断竞争市场,企业经受着“适者生存”的考验,然而如何进入并长期存在于一个市场是每个企业在发展过程中必须考虑的问题。企业跟随市场发展所制定的战略计划就是解决这一问题的关键。本文将以《管理经济学》课程理论结合《企业战略管理》知识以A技术有限公司的发展为研究对象进行分析,旨在讨论市场竞争中为企业存续应制定的战略选择。
Entry or exit of enterprises in different product markets is an inevitable process in market competition. In today’s rapid development of production technology, most of the markets are completely competitive markets or monopolistic competition markets. Enterprises are under the test of “survival of the fittest ”, however, how to enter and exist in a market for a long time is a must for every enterprise in the development process Consideration of the problem. Enterprises follow the development of the market to develop the strategic plan is the key to solve this problem. This article will be based on the theory of “Management Economics” combined with the knowledge of “Enterprise Strategic Management” to analyze the development of A Technology Co., Ltd., with the purpose of discussing the strategic choices that should be made for the survival of a company in the market competition.
