目的:研究化疗诱导胃癌上皮-间质转化(EMT)的CAC1基因的相关调控机制,了解CAC1基因在胃癌细胞和组织中的表达情况。方法:选取来源于湛江市第一中医医院及广东医学院附属医院2016年8月至2017年2月选取的42例胃癌手术患者的癌组织、相关癌旁组织、正常组织为主要研究标本,对所有胃癌患者的标本进行测定,对测定结果进行回顾性分析。结果:胃癌细胞系和胃黏膜细胞系均检出CAC1表达,胃癌细胞系的CAC1表达水平明显高于胃黏膜细胞系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CAC1在胃癌组织中的表达水平高于周围正常组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CAC1基因表达可对化疗诱导胃癌EMT产生影响,化疗诱导EMT过程中CAC1具有基础的调控性作用。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of CAC1 gene induced by chemotherapy in gastric epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), and to investigate the expression of CAC1 gene in gastric cancer cells and tissues. Methods: Forty-two patients with gastric cancer who were selected from the First Hospital of Zhanjiang City and the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College from August 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the main study specimens, and their adjacent tissues and normal tissues were selected as the research objects. All patients with gastric cancer specimens were measured, the results of a retrospective analysis. Results: The expression of CAC1 was detected in gastric cancer cell lines and gastric mucosa cell lines. The expression of CAC1 in gastric cancer cell lines was significantly higher than that in gastric mucosa (P <0.05). The expression of CAC1 in gastric cancer tissues Higher than the surrounding normal tissue, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of CAC1 may have an effect on EMT induced by chemotherapy, and CAC1 plays a regulatory role in the induction of EMT by chemotherapy.
