中国知识产权研究会主办的1996年度知识产权学术研讨会于12月11日—12日在北京举行。参加研讨会的有从事管理、审查、代理、教学、研究、立法、司法等方面的专家学者和地方特邀代表90多人。高卢麟理事长出席会议并作了重要讲话。新闻出版署署长兼国家版权局局长于友先、国务院法制局司长贾明如出席了会议。出席会议的研究会副理事长有马连元(常务)、刘佩智、沈尧曾、戈泊、李雒英、郑松字、须一平、刘激扬、郑成思。
The 1996 Intellectual Property Symposium hosted by China Intellectual Property Research Association was held in Beijing from December 11 to December 12. More than 90 experts, scholars and local special representatives engaged in management, examination, representation, teaching, research, legislation and judicature participated in the seminar. Chairman Gao Lulin attended the meeting and made an important speech. Yu Youxian, director of Press and Publication Administration and director of the State Copyright Bureau, Jia Mingru, director of the Legislative Affairs Bureau of the State Council, attended the meeting. At the meeting, the vice chairman of the seminar was Ma Liangyuan (standing), Liu Peizhi, Shen Yaozeng, Ge Bo, Li Yingying, Zheng Songzi, Xu Yiping, Liu Jiyang and Zheng Chengsi.
