目的探讨中西医结合的方式治疗面神经炎及影响治疗效果的因素。方法将119例患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组(综合组),针灸治疗组(对照组)。观察比较三周的治愈率。结果综合组治愈率为91.38%,对照组为74.14%,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗面神经炎,可发挥各学科的优势,症状恢复快,整体疗效明显优于单纯针灸治疗。 Objective To explore the ways of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of facial neuritis and the factors that influence the therapeutic effect. Methods One hundred and nineteen patients were randomly divided into two groups: integrative group (A combined group) and acupuncture group (control group). Observed and compared the cure rate for three weeks. Results The cure rate was 91.38% in the combined group and 74.14% in the control group, P <0.01, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The treatment of facial neuritis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can exert the advantages of various disciplines and recover the symptoms quickly. The overall efficacy is obviously better than that of simple acupuncture treatment.
