一、前言烧结过程必须在一定的高温下才能进行。而高温是由燃料的燃烧造成的。其中80%的热量来自固体燃料的燃烧。烧结过程温度的高低,燃烧的速度,燃烧带的宽度及烧结料中的气氛等都影响到烧结矿的产质量。而这些都与燃料的粒度及用显有关。这些都是影响烧结过程的重要因素。
