In order to evaluate the effect of spore probiotics Z-27 instead of antibiotics, 96 ducks were randomly divided into control group, antibiotic group, antibiotic + probiotics group and probiotics group. Daily observation and record piglet faecal situation, and finally calculate the diarrhea index. The piglets were weighed at the beginning and the end of the trial period, respectively, and the remaining materials were settled to calculate the average daily gain and the weight-to-weight ratio. After 30 days of feeding, the number of bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Bacillus, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium was determined by slaughtering in the ileum, cecum contents and excrement. The results showed that compared with the control group, the numbers of Escherichia coli in the ileum, cecum and feces of the antibiotics group, the antibiotic + probiotics group and the probiotics group were significantly decreased (P <0.01), and there was no significant difference among the three groups > 0.05). The numbers of Bacillus, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the ileum, cecum and feces of the antibiotics group and the antibiotic + probiotics group were significantly decreased (P <0.01), while those in the probiotics group were significantly lower than those in the ileum, cecum and feces Bacillus, lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacteria extremely significantly increased (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, the daily gain of piglets in antibiotic group was significantly increased (P <0.05), the feed to weight ratio was significantly lower (P <0.05), the diarrhea index was significantly lower (P <0.05) (P <0.05), the feed-to-weight ratio decreased significantly (P> 0.05) and the diarrhea index decreased significantly (P <0.05). The daily gain of probiotics group increased significantly (P < P <0.05), diarrhea index decreased significantly (P <0.05). Probiotics Z-27 can replace the antibiotics used in this study, after use can improve piglet growth performance, maintain intestinal microflora and reduce piglet diarrhea.
