慢性肾功能不全血液透析患者的骨病变称作肾性骨营养不良。作为甲状旁腺机能亢进结果的病理组织学上所看见的是纤维性骨炎和骨软化的主要病变,也有两者同时存在的情况,骨质疏松也是形成肾性骨营养不良病变的一部分。降钙素是从后鳃弓分泌的类胨激素,分泌细胞主要分布在哺乳动物的甲状腺中,称为C细胞。由于其主要作用之一是抑制骨质吸收。因此,要研究的问题是:①肾性骨营养不良的病因是否与降钙素有关?②降钙素是否能用于肾性骨营养不良的治疗。

Calcitonin is a kind of peptoid hormone secreted from the posterior branchial arch. Secretory cells are mainly distributed in the thyroid of mammals and are called C cells. Because of its main role is to inhibit bone resorption. Therefore, the questions to be studied are: ① whether the cause of renal osteodystrophy is related to calcitonin? ② whether or not calcitonin can be used in the treatment of renal osteodystrophy.
