目的探讨心电图检测中碎裂QRS波对冠心病的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析郑州市第三人民医院2014年1月至2015年3月实施心电图监测的80例患者的临床资料,将确诊为冠心病者设为研究组(32例),另外行冠状动脉造影诊断为阴性者设为对照组(48例),分析对比两组心电图破碎QRS波的发生率与破碎QRS于心电图中的具体分布情况。结果研究组破碎QRS波发生率(65.63%)高于对照组(35.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组碎裂QRS波分布于心脏下壁发生率均高于侧壁和前壁,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心电图检测中碎裂QRS波对冠心病诊断具有重要价值,不仅可有效提高检出率,而且碎裂QRS波对冠心病多支病变预测价值极高。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of fragmented QRS wave on coronary heart disease in electrocardiogram examination. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients who underwent electrocardiogram monitoring from January 2014 to March 2015 in Zhengzhou Third People’s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the study group (32 cases), and the patients underwent coronary angiography The diagnosis was negative as the control group (48 cases), analyzed and compared the incidence of QRS wave broken electrocardiogram and broken QRS ECG distribution in the specific situation. Results The incidence of broken QRS wave in the study group was higher than that in the control group (65.43% vs 35.42%, P <0.05). The incidence of QRS wave distribution in the two groups was higher than that in the inferior wall And anterior wall, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Fragmentation QRS wave in ECG detection is of great value in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, which not only can effectively improve the detection rate, but also has a very high predictive value for fractures of coronary artery disease.
